DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We issue refunds for digital products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.
This is an implementation policy. We will gladly refund any buyer who purchased a product and did not receive the benefits described in the product information when implementing said product or training.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
Subscription product cancellations will be effective on the next renewal date after the cancellation notice is received.
We require a minimum of 5 business days before the billing date of the next subscription payment.
BUBBLY SIDE SHOP/Clothing
We issue refunds for any of our clothing items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@bubblysideoflife.com for refund or replacement.
WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
If you have not redeemed the one time use access code for the assessment, your workshop registration is fully refundable.
If you have redeemed the code, you will have the option of receiving a recording or attending the next worskshop in the city of your choice.
