The holidays aren’t complete without a bubbly sangria!And today we have the perfect bubbly pomegranate and cranberry sangria which will pair perfectly with your Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving celebration.•1/2 c Pomegranate Arils
•1/2 c Cranberry Juice
•1/2 cup Red, White and Merry Vodka
•1 bottle Red Blend
•Bubbly to top1. Combine all ingredients (except bubbly) in a pitcher.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remember the longer it sits, the better it gets.
3. Top each glass with bubbly or add a bottle of bubbly to the pitcher.Tips:
•Add citrus (orange, lemon or lime) to the pitcher or each glass as garnish.
•Add frozen cranberries to each glass to keep it chilled.What are you serving at your Thanksgiving?

Of course, we’re still making cocktails and mocktails with ice cubes! We’re still obsessed.And when we found the Old Orchard Apple Pie juice, we grabbed if specifically for holiday cocktails and mocktails. We didn’t do anything crazy with these ice cubes, we simply froze the juice so we could use it in both cocktails and mocktails.COCKTAIL
3 Apple Pie Ice Cubes
3 oz Sparkling Apple Cider
1 oz Stirrings Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz Liquid Alchemist Ginger Simple Syrup
Optional Ginger Beer

Pumpkin Pie in a glass, topped with bubbly….now this is the way to enjoy your pumpkin pie!We had to create this bubbly pumpkin pie mule for Thanksgiving week and it’s so darn good.Pumpkin Pie Mule
* 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
* 1 oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup
* 1 oz Ginger Liqueur
* 1 oz Ginger Beer
* 3/4 oz Lime Juice
* Bubbly to top1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger liqueur.
2. Shake well,
3. Pour into your favorite champagne glass with a pumpkin pie spice/sugar rim. Add ginger beer and top with bubbly.
4. Garnish with cinnamon stick.When we found this Sparkling Pumpkin Spice Apple Cider at Aldi, we grabbed it because we knew it would make the perfect mocktail for Thanksgiving.Pumpkin Pie Mocktail
* 4 oz Nature’s Nectar Sparkling Pumpkin Spice Apple Cider
* 1 oz Hipstirs Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup
* 3 oz Ginger Beer1. In a glass with ice, with a pumpkin pie spice/sugar rim, combine all ingredients.
2. Stir well.
3. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

Let’s celebrate Apple Cider Day with this mocktail easily turned into a bubbly cocktail!One of my favorite things to do is make a mocktail that everyone can enjoy and then have the option for those to easily turn it into a cocktail right on hand.And if you like apple pie, you’re going to love this drink. Make the mocktail in a big pitcher for your upcoming celebrations.Apple Cider Day Mocktail
* 4 Round Apple Pie Juice Ice Cubes
* 4 oz Sparkling Apple Cider
* 1 oz Spiced Apple Syrup
* 2 oz Spiced Apple Cider Sparkling Water
* Stir with Cinnamon Stick and garish with apple.Apple Cider Day Cocktail
Take the Apple Cider Mocktail and add 1 1/2 oz Crown Royal Apple Whiskey and bubbly to top,TIPS:
* We took the Old Orchard Apple Pie Juice and froze them in my favorite round ice cube mold. We used those as ice cubes for our drink. If you didn’t locate the Apple Pie juice, apple cider will work.
* On our second batch we had fun with a sugar cinnamon rim and it was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it.Are you celebrating Apple Cider Day?

Add some Bourbon Bubbly Drinks to you Thanksgiving menu….This is a fun little Thanksgiving twist on a Kentucky Mule.•1 1/2 oz Bourbon
•2 oz Spiced Cranberry Cider
•1 oz Ginger Simple Syrup
•1/2 oz Lime Juice
•1-2 oz Ginger Beer
•Bubbly to top1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add bourbon, spiced cranberry juice, ginger simple syrup and lime juice.
2. Shake well.
3. Pour into your favorite champagne glass and top with ginger beer and bubbly.
4. Garnish with frozen cranberries.TIPS:
If you don’t have spiced cranberry cider, cranberry juice works just as well.What bubbly cocktail will you be serving at your Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving celebration?

We decided we need to try another twist on an aperol spritz that you’re going to want to make for Thanksgiving!We’re obsessed with ginger lately and this drink with the Ginger Liquer and ginger beer and then topped with bubbly is perfection!Ginger Cranberry Fizz
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Stirrings Ginger Liquer
2 oz Spiced Cranberry Cider
1 1/2 oz Ginger Beer
Bubbly1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add aperol, ginger liquor and cranberry cider.
2. Optional, but delicious: Toss in some cranberries and muddle well.
3. Pour (or strain if you muddled) into your favorite champagne glass.
4. Add ginger beer and top with bubbly.
5. Garnish with frozen cranberries to keep it nice and chilled.Save this recipe for your Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving celebration.
