Pasta Making Class with The Pasta Lady

Join us for a hands-on pasta making class.
Participants will learn how to make the classic egg pasta dough using the pasta machine or the rolling pin and how to shape it in different ways (tagliatelle, maltagliati- literally badly cut, farfalle bow-tie, quadrucci- little squares, tortellini bugiardi).
