Oyster Shucking Class
Learn the art of oyster shucking in this hands-on, guided experience designed to be equal parts educational and indulgent.
You’ll be led step by step through the process of safely with the guidance from Carlos at The Argonaut Co.
Each guest will enjoy a curated setup that includes 12 fresh oysters with classic accoutrements, along with all the tools you need for the experience. You’ll be working with your own shucking knife and towel, and for added safety, protective chain link gloves will be provided for use during the class.
To complete the experience, you’ll enjoy half a bottle of Charles Orban Champagne—perfectly paired to enhance the flavor of your freshly shucked oysters.
Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to refine your skills, this is a fun, interactive way to learn something new while enjoying great food and bubbly.
