Oyster Pairing Experience

We’re teaming up with The Argonaut Oyster Bar Catering to bring you what I’ve been told are some of the freshest oysters people have ever. Oysters will be freshly shucked on site, so you’re tasting them exactly as they’re meant to be enjoyed.

This experience is equal parts education and fun. You’ll taste a mix of East Coast and West Coast oysters side by side and learn how their flavors, texture, and salinity differ and see how those differences completely change when paired with two different sparkling wines.

Three sessions available:
-5–6pm
-6:15–7:15pm
-7:30–8:30pm

Each ticket is for two people and includes:
-12 oysters (a mix of East & West Coast) with all accoutrements
-2 glasses of sparkling wine
