During this one-hour guided tasting, we’ll pour a flight of five sparkling wines—Champagne, Cava, Crémant, Prosecco, and sparkling wine side by side, so you can sip, compare, and discover what sets each one apart.
We’ll cover everything from how it’s made to what to pair it with (spoiler: we love a good potato chip palate cleanser).
