At Bubbly Side of Life, we believe in supporting our community and celebrating causes that matter. While we love to give back, we have a few important guidelines in place to ensure our contributions align with our values and comply with legal regulations.

By submitting a donation or sponsorship request, you agree to the following terms:

Alcohol Donations
Due to state and federal laws, Bubbly Side of Life cannot donate alcohol under any circumstance. However, we are happy to offer discounts on select purchases for approved events or fundraisers.

Eligible Donations
While we cannot provide alcohol, we’re happy to consider donating non-alcoholic items such as branded merchandise, gift cards, fundraiser nights or private tasting experiences (experience fees may apply). All donations are subject to availability and alignment with our policy.

Non-Profit Organizations Only
We only provide support to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Proof of nonprofit status will be required.

Required Logo Use
All materials—digital or print—that reference Bubbly Side of Life must use the official logo we provide. No modifications or substitutions are permitted.

Request Deadline
All donation or sponsorship requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of the event or initiative date. Requests submitted outside this window may not be considered.

Limited Monthly Contributions
While we’re proud to support our community, we fulfill a limited number of donation and sponsorship requests each month. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Right to Withdraw Support
If any materials, promotions, or communications differ from what was agreed upon or promise anything beyond our contribution, we reserve the right to revoke our sponsorship or donation at any time.
